Returns & Exchanges

Except where noted at the time of purchase, you may return any orders through the services within 14 days of purchase, provided that the Product is still in its original condition.
We may inspect returned products upon receipt by us and may only refund your purchase price if your returned Product is in acceptable condition.
If a return is declined, we will return the product to you at the address you initially indicated it should be shipped to.
Upon accepting a nonprescription return, we will refund the purchase price to your payment method, less the shipping and handling cost.
Upon acceptance of a prescription return, we will refund the purchase price to your payment method, less the shipping cost, handling, and 40% of the lenses.
To make a return, call, email, or chat with us within the stated days for a complimentary electronic shipping label that you can print at home. Once you have the label, we ask that you ship your glasses back to us as soon as possible to initiate your refund.
If there was a mistake made on your prescription order, please complete this form to notify our team so we can correct it as soon as possible.
